We know how important it is to tailor your uniform to suit your business so customers know exactly who you are. This is why we provide in house embroidery and can have your garments screen printed, making your uniform experience entirely seamless.

- an initial, once only set up fee of $50

The process begins with a brief from you. Our team of industry experienced designers will then develop style boards utilising a combination of stock and custom designed items. Range Development is based upon staff numbers, budget allocation, time frames and final laundering methods.
On trend styling ideas merge with years of uniform manufacturing experience to bring you the perfect uniform solutions for all departments.

As part of our service, we strategically curate an entire uniform range that we know will suit your business.
Each business is unique in it’s style and needs. This is why sometimes custom designs are essential.
Having an experienced team with 25+ years in manufacturing, designing and supplying uniforms to both private and government owned facilities means we know how to develop custom garments to suit your needs.
If custom is what you’re after…
To keep your uniform cost effective, we allow 30% of your personalised range to be custom made, the other 70% will be sourced by us from our trustworthy suppliers.

RETURNS
Don’t worry. If there’s something not right we’ll exchange under certain conditions…
It’s important to us you are happy with your garment purchase once received. Work Smart Uniforms Australia does accept both returns & exchanges under the following conditions:
- Returns & exchanges will be accepted upon written authorisation from Worksmart Uniforms Australia only.
- Garments must be returned within 5 working days of receiving them, with the Return Authorisation supplied by us, to the following address:

- Garments must be returned in their original condition & packaging, complete with their ticketing, and folded neatly into their individual bags.
- Healthcare Uniforms Australia will exchange for a different size in the same style prior to branding only.
- The customer is responsible for shipping/freight charges for the return.
- Returns & exchanges will be accepted upon written authorisation from Work Smart Uniforms Australia only.
- Garments must be returned within 5 working days of receiving them, with the Return Authorisation supplied by us, to the following address:
